Levitä liima pistemäisesti peilin taakse. Liimapisteiden etäisyys toisistaan on hyvä olla noin 5–10 cm. Liimaa EI saa levittää koko peilin alueelle. Peilin ja seinän väliin on hyvä jäädä ihan ohut rako, jossa ilma pääsee kiertämään peilin takana. Ei huokoisiin pintoihin.
